Refund Policy

If we can't verify your business

You get a full refund automatically, to the same payment method. Refunds usually reach you in 5-7 working days (Razorpay and bank timelines).

Hosting

Once your website is live, the first-year fee (₹1,999) covers setup work and is not refundable. Renewals (₹999/year) can be refunded within 7 days of payment if you ask us before the new hosting year starts.

Download

Downloads (₹50) can be refunded if the download never worked and our team could not fix it within 7 days.

Websites removed for breaking the rules

No refund when a website is suspended for deliberately breaking our Terms (for example a fake or impersonating business).
